Muzzammil Mukhtar is a creative and self-motivated Solicitor, having experience in various areas of law. His main areas of interest include Immigration, Asylum, Human Rights, Civil Liberties, Public and Private International Law, International Economic Law, Construction Disputes, Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
He qualified as a Solicitor of the England & Wales in 2010. Previously, he practiced as an Advocate in Pakistan in diverse areas including Constitutional Law, Civil/Corporate/Commercial and Banking matters with a wide variety of clientele ranging from multi-national corporations and banks to public- sector organizations and individuals.
He holds a Masters of Law (LLM in Commercial Laws) from University of Glasgow. He also holds a Bachelors degree (BA), an LLB and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Affairs. He has attained key skills of creative negotiations from highly regarded organizations including Managing Negotiations Ltd. and the Law Society of Scotland. He is a member of the Law Society of the England & Wales, the Haldane Society of Socialist Lawyers and the Lahore High Court Bar Association.
In addition to English, he is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
